I spoiled 2 years of my job carrier.

Company became Lunatic. Last two months Salary not received. FFS not done by HR. Upto date PF not deposited by HR due to which till date I am unable to receive my PF money. Overall I spent above two years of time in such a fraud company.

I have learnt lots from Pan Card Club Ltd. and gained strong experience as Administrator + Leader + Coordinator + Auditor of Hotel/Resort Operations Setup + Control + Inspection and controlling 30 Hotels in India. Second point is Pan Card is having Hotels/Resorts from 1 Star to 5 start so and receiving good experience to work with all category employees

Dislikes

Only problem is last almost 8 years I am roaming around India and visiting to all hotels and staying in Hotel for setup + Control + Inspection from 1 week to 3 months as per requirement therefore and looking for one place stable job. Due to outstation Food & water & climate is affecting to health that is why looking for change then also if opportunity is excellent with facilities then no issue to for Roaming to India & world because ultimately work is worship .

Best work environment. Co-operative staff and seniors. Need to improvement in appraisal process. Overall excellent experience.

Dislikes

Most of the things unnoticed while appraisal time. Appraisal should depend on individual performance. Training part should be strong.

when i started my career with pancard in marketing line i m just a fresher who know nothing about sales & marketing. Yet my senior push me again and again and say, 'you can do it'. So step by step i m gone up & up and now i became the master of sales & marketing industry.

Dislikes

pancard show me that i had a life time career in this field. so i gave my 100% for the company. But now when since company had legal issues with the sebi. from then, pancard company left our hand and now truly speaking i am help less, i am job less.

No work life balance, irregular pay benefits, job security is minimal the best performer might be fired the very next moment due to office politics
