Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Managers do no value an individual's unique strengths, which is why i have take back my suggestions most of the times. Need system improvements as compared to other competition brands in market.

Dislikes

Panasonic is struggling to make sales since a long time. It is highly understaffed due to which there is no work life balance, specially in my department. The management and other teams have very poor understanding of the value of Marketing and we struggle to get work done though agencies because we are not not supported well by the other teams on which we are dependent for the budgets. Any body looking to join under marketing or category management roles- do not join here.

Salary and benefit are good. The job role in Customer service is very demanding. There is no place to rest. One has to always keep running to achieve the targets and meet management demands. However, there is a contrasting side, if one is not there in Customer Service division of any kind, then Panasonic is a very good place to work in. Also, the company is very virtuous and there is no threat to job.

One of my bosses was good. The dealers that I had to deal with were good. Compensation for travelling is average.
