I am Murali Krishnan, Ex-employee in Panasonic appliances Emp code :11803, i have worked here from 12 Sep 2019 to 28th Feb 2020 Issue: After released from company also they credited salary & pf to my account due to that i am facing huge issue now that affecting my BGV Process I directly visited to panasonic office & send many more mail to panasonic company they are not responding properly. Very worst company to work, Management very very BAD.

Dislikes

Un-Supportive and unapproachable (distance) management. Internal politics too high. The HR function performed exceptionally poorly, often creating more challenges than solutions.

Good working culture and good working environment. Arrange training session for employees Everyone has been very polite and genuine. Supportive leader and motivate us for working.

Dislikes

Strict shift timing , even a 1 sec delay couse half a day deduction. The 6 day working culture makes it very difficult to manage personal life Low salary and outdated HR policy for employes. All kind of MNC benefits are only available to HO employees. There is a significant disparity in employee benefits between HO employees and factory employees.

Salary is good but Japanese they don't care of human culture they only knows about profit

Not recommended for work here in anchor division specially in project business B2B sales very pathetic bosses and poor work culture please don't work here.

a good company to work in terms of job security, salary disbursement, and work life balance.

Dislikes

need improvement in case of increment, promotion, and skill development plans. if you are buttering your boss only you can be promoted. no matter what is the actual output.
