Good working culture and good working environment. Arrange training session for employees Everyone has been very polite and genuine. Supportive leader and motivate us for working.

Dislikes

Strict shift timing , even a 1 sec delay couse half a day deduction. The 6 day working culture makes it very difficult to manage personal life Low salary and outdated HR policy for employes. All kind of MNC benefits are only available to HO employees. There is a significant disparity in employee benefits between HO employees and factory employees.

Good for production and quality work profile. On time salary and other benefits. Job security. Neat and clean environment. Safe work environment. Good healthcare policy. Good maternity policy. Good for womens safety, in terms of haresmant. Canteen is also ok. Company is very honest in terms of work and sattlement.

...k of vision into higher management. Very slow work process system. Lack of R&D. Most irritating things variable pay. That's the part of CTC and if you resigned in between then company will not pay variable pay ammount. As per my experience management needed the robot type people specially at junior level and mid level. Many managers have micro manager type approach. Most of the peoples belongs to hill area into my work region so many managers just want to see growth of only there own community peoples. Online KRA system already running but its not so transparent because increment decided by excel sheet and your relationship only.

Work life balance is good and salary as per industry.

Dislikes

Worst culture I have seen in Panasonic. In logistics department (strategic team) senior uses foul language. They abuses their juniors. If you complaint HR for Manager behavioural issue, HR will do nothing. I will not suggest anyone to join the company.
