Good for production and quality work profile. On time salary and other benefits. Job security. Neat and clean environment. Safe work environment. Good healthcare policy. Good maternity policy. Good for womens safety, in terms of haresmant. Canteen is also ok. Company is very honest in terms of work and sattlement.

Dislikes

...k of vision into higher management. Very slow work process system. Lack of R&D. Most irritating things variable pay. That's the part of CTC and if you resigned in between then company will not pay variable pay ammount. As per my experience management needed the robot type people specially at junior level and mid level. Many managers have micro manager type approach. Most of the peoples belongs to hill area into my work region so many managers just want to see growth of only there own community peoples. Online KRA system already running but its not so transparent because increment decided by excel sheet and your relationship only.

Good work environment and culture supportive staff and management. Company policies are good and effective salary increment and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management. Work type is very dirty for invarment.

No Clear and long vision, on time Decision making is very slow, The new developments and growth of the new business are very poor and certain things needs to be done by seeing Market and Competitors. Internal Process and business decision making is very poor. Employee Leaning very frequently - no route cause analysis done by the Management, Just giving reason that its quite common in Industries and its line passing clouds.. very silly answer.

...employees and company's environment is very good team members no gives pressure. Company is very growing and hiring new technologies machines so career growth is final and salary is good 11859 work time is 8 hours and we are learning everyday new.and company provided medical card so employees serious angered we are free treatment this facility is also all company's this company is amazing

Sometimes company call and come to company on Sunday this very difficult he says come to 3 to 4 hours work but I tired in Sunday this system is very bed but sometimes it's ok I adjusted

Work Culture very nice. Seniors are supportive if you are not arrogant. Everyone talks you nicely. A very good culture. Not much workload. And you will learn a lot. Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma. Company provides all training free of cost. And one of the finest place to work on.

Dislikes

Salary Little bit low. Sometimes Few departments becomes unsupportive and you need a lot of follow up to take work out of them. But it rarely happens.
