...is employer friendly. No promotion to anyone juniors are working under juniors. When u r not giving salary hikes and promotion so atleast u should be liberal in work from home and leaves if you are doubtful people dont work at home do more expenses on GPH tracker each hr and min will be tracked this is not the way to treat employees. In panamoure your mental health is cascaded by manager who can take leaves and put burden on juniors and associates. Again our HR will read this comment and do nothing for employee.

I work for panamoure group companies since 2017. I love to work here because of the following reasons: 1 . Work-Life Balance. 2. Always given importance to health, safety, and the environment and this is required for long-term sustainability. 3. Panamoure has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. 4. Lot of employee-friendly policies and initiatives from the HR department. Many events/fun Fridays are organised by HR and celebrated properly by employees. 5. Panamoure has a huge existing client base in a wide variety of industries - Real Estate, data centres etc. 6. Panamoure has a great working environment where we can freely share our ideas. When your employer/manager hears and sees you, you feel valued.

Panamoure works with a different approach than other companies, Here one can have flexibility with their work, they provide you a work-life balance. Management is fantastic and helps you out whenever you need & also other team member are very good and cooperative. Panamoure has a good client base overseas which gives you better opportunities and exposure to work with people of other regions. Panamoure does provide training to the employees on various things so that employee can achieve better in everyway.

Dislikes

Panamoure should expand in Indian market as well.
