I like the technology used in company and the products which is globally sold and I am glad that I am part of innovative company which has a international clients.

Dislikes

Benefits and compensation is low and the growth is slow and there is appraisal's for the employees.

...d. 2. Field HR has no professionalism. They treat employees as bad as they can. They just conduct interviews without discussing salary expectations. 3. Quality control department has worst lab Managers who are non competent, Egoistic & have no Scientific knowledge. They are terrible in handling their teams. They discourage employees who are good at work. 4. There is no Employee Encouraging Work culture. No matter how much good /excel you are at work, they always praise ones who are good at pretending to be a smart one. 5. No promotion strategy, no appraisal/increment for the employees who are at Analyst level. Give Increment every 2 years. That too 10%. 7. Quality Control Methods are unnecessary complicated, lengthy and has no supported scientific studies performed to support Method Validation data. 8. No vision for future expansion. Entire company is running on 2-3 products.

...good experience to work with panacea biotec. And I can say this is good company. I was satisfied with my job, but yes some time salary issue arrows that is hardly matter for Freshers as well experienced employees.

...non-employee friendly and the boss is extremely partial and promote favouritism. Work-life balance is missing and when it comes to salary, the company pays you the least in the industry and appraisals are not based on performance but is highly partial

At the time of reliving lots of problem i have faced. I have requested to deduct the money from my salary for full and final settlement but they didnt do. Salary issue. Company vehicle issue.
