I got salary timely from the company but there is a big issue regarding my package i have completed 4year in panacea still my package is just 2.5 lack but new bde who joining the company got 3lacks package on same territory .senior bde of company is like a pillar company should give him more support as compare to new bde . There is no work culture now a days and there is no guaranteed salary date and overall single man show.There is no role of managers at all levels.

...d. 2. Field HR has no professionalism. They treat employees as bad as they can. They just conduct interviews without discussing salary expectations. 3. Quality control department has worst lab Managers who are non competent, Egoistic & have no Scientific knowledge. They are terrible in handling their teams. They discourage employees who are good at work. 4. There is no Employee Encouraging Work culture. No matter how much good /excel you are at work, they always praise ones who are good at pretending to be a smart one. 5. No promotion strategy, no appraisal/increment for the employees who are at Analyst level. Give Increment every 2 years. That too 10%. 7. Quality Control Methods are unnecessary complicated, lengthy and has no supported scientific studies performed to support Method Validation data. 8. No vision for future expansion. Entire company is running on 2-3 products.
