Company provide opportunities to freshers but don't provide growth opportunities further

...d. 2. Field HR has no professionalism. They treat employees as bad as they can. They just conduct interviews without discussing salary expectations. 3. Quality control department has worst lab Managers who are non competent, Egoistic & have no Scientific knowledge. They are terrible in handling their teams. They discourage employees who are good at work. 4. There is no Employee Encouraging Work culture. No matter how much good /excel you are at work, they always praise ones who are good at pretending to be a smart one. 5. No promotion strategy, no appraisal/increment for the employees who are at Analyst level. Give Increment every 2 years. That too 10%. 7. Quality Control Methods are unnecessary complicated, lengthy and has no supported scientific studies performed to support Method Validation data. 8. No vision for future expansion. Entire company is running on 2-3 products.

The manpower is less. So, the only good point is that you gain experience handling lots of responsibities on your own.

No scope of skill improvisation, specially for brand managers. No stability, inappropriate compensation.

...good experience to work with panacea biotec. And I can say this is good company. I was satisfied with my job, but yes some time salary issue arrows that is hardly matter for Freshers as well experienced employees.

Job not secure in panacea due to low productivity and other benifit is nothing like increment bonus gifts on dewali festival work load is balanced then other compeny Plus point of compeny provide good meal and lunch. Transport is expensive in panacea

I am working with safety avoid rush area crowded area company supporting me terms of salary and inputs like ppkit and mask company policies are good .

I got salary timely from the company but there is a big issue regarding my package i have completed 4year in panacea still my package is just 2.5 lack but new bde who joining the company got 3lacks package on same territory .senior bde of company is like a pillar company should give him more support as compare to new bde . Thankyou !
