Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.I have to work 14-15 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and some time late into the night.

Company start the project from November 2009, there is big set up of staff approx 140 no staffs like DGM MEP, DGM Billing & 6 nos project manager deputed on each block & skilled approx minimum 10 nos engineers each towers tow nos minimum 5 years experience

Dislikes

There is previous activity of project work not in secuence , so process of handing over is very slow & very difficult & very expensive to compony also & delay in possession & painful for customers
