Overall good company. Supporting everyone for their growth. Good policies. Average in Facilities and bit less in term of Salary structure as well as Increments.

Everything fine, but only need to improve Salary structure and Increments along with betterment in current facilities.

Nothing to say except work from home as of now. Salaries will credit by the regular day exactly.

...logout time, we need to work for extra hours without any extra benefits and OTs. Some times we need to work in weekends and night shifts also and for this also they won't pay any allowances. We do have leaves but they will not sanction/approve our leaves without arguing, that too they will give conditionally.

Pan Gulf is a very very good company. All are cooperative. One have to be very lucky to work in Pan Gulf Technologies

No. Nothing to dislike. All well. Management and HR department very well and down to earth. Very very supportive.

Good Communication throughout the Team, proper work load management. Company encourages to improve on Skills ie in Revit, Revit Plugins or English Communication. Professional conduct throughout the team.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Mehul parmar who is the manager ask for the money from lower level employee and then.ask to resign the job forcefully
