This is Good Known Company in Banking & financial sector , it is Lots of Learning Experince given compaire to other financial constitution , Managing team is very supportive nature & company culture is very good in terms of employment satisfaction i am working over here since past 8 yrs it is enough to prove all those things

in terms of Compensation it is average company compaire to banking & financial sector , work life balance can be disturbe sometimes where depend upon work load , some times it is no freedom considering service provider to its client.

...still working with pamac. It is really good experience as I am on notice period. Salary package is less which is everyone requirement. But I learnt many things here. I will suggest to work with this company. I gained knowledge in my field.

low Salary, a lot work load according to the salary, no compensation who works at night shift the salary would be the same if you are working at day shift or night, they take more and give you nothing

...m not dislike of PAMAC working procedure. But i Need a permanent or regular job. This facilities not available in PAMAC and still i can't get my last month salary.
