New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

.... They don't care about you they just only wants from you to complete your work. They will not pay you extra is you overtime and they expect you to use your own money from transportation is you are working late and there are lot of issue which i don't think I'm explain is comment.

...still working with pamac. It is really good experience as I am on notice period. Salary package is less which is everyone requirement. But I learnt many things here. I will suggest to work with this company. I gained knowledge in my field.

Manager didnt understand employee health issue or ur family emergency they only want that u support company but when u need support in some emergency they will only look gor their work to get done bhad me jaye apka personal emergency or ur helth issue they were to bad

It's a great place for a fresher to start from Pamac Finserve Pvt Ltd. There's job security and the work culture is very smooth and simple. A fresher can learn many thing about work, corporate style working etc being in Pamac Finserve Pvt Ltd. The management is quite supportive as well.
