The company was good, the company culture was not good

The implementation of process not taken by management at initial stage and the encouragement happening for unethical culture guys ,if any thing happened, they are taking wrong decision with right guys and all other benefits are getting and recently from last one and half year the culture was not good

Its spreading to all over INDIA, may be future its a Big manufacturing of Mobiles & Electronic Accessories company.

through my experience at palred online technology , I learned a lot about different management styles and strategies for maintaining cooperation in a large group project setting, i feel that as valuable as that experience has been, i am anxious to work on more specialized projects were i will have the opportunity to be more of a leader than was going to be possible there

Job Security matters the most. Closure of the Mumbai branch, left us no where to go without notice period, but offered the job with sme package to another branch or else take 2 month pay with fnf.

Dislikes

Afterall growth matters, but luck doesnt favours in operations due lack of coordinations between Manager & executives, due to this its affect on the annaul praise.
