Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Hi everyone, Greetings to all of you. The KAC Palm Exotica Resorts &Spa and Wild water park is a one of the beautiful place in Hyderabad even in India I had the 1 year glorious experience with this organization the management is very good and we are very familiar but few are the points are damaged to the internal management. I had only one bad experience during the starting of covid 19, before that i had a very enjoyable experience with the company and i refer to everyone whoever searching the job this is memorial place of your job journey, even one of your beautiful movement of your life. Thank you.

Nothing Only this place is far away from the city so i feel I am in like a jail 😊... Other then it's a very natural place.
