Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

MD and MD family is good. But I will not advise anyone to work here.

Dislikes

Disappointed, very bad culture. Advise to newcomers think many time to come here. If you do anything good most of them target. I never sheen so much worst culture. No support only politics.

Pallavana group is one of the best textile company that I had ever work such a responsible organization for the consumer

There is lot to learn in this company but the think is it never helps to improve our skills here,there is lot of politics here
