Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? job trap for fresher, HR team do fake promises. They make 4 year bond which is senseless and baseless. They don't give uniform from many years. Managers use to take all credit. No safety is performed. No transparency I request everyone not to join this company.
