Completely owner involvement, no HR policies, not get salary on time. No bonus nothing. Worst salary structure. One should not learn anything in this property. Don't spoil your career in this property. This property is not for the HM graduates. Even the GM of the property don't have any knowledge on F&B. This is a DHABA not a star hotel. But this property claim it self as a 4* property. This property have no swiming pool,no health club, no vip amenities then how it would be a 4* hotel. Very useless hotel. Don't spoil your career. Be careful before joining. It's certificate is also not valid any of the well know property.

No, Leave at all except 4 days off, as there is no policy at the place. No Gratuity policy. No reporting hirechey in place so everybody report to the owner directly even a waiter also. So no professional can work in this system.

Join at pal hights as a employee is waist of time and waist of efforts, they have useless conditions, and some of seniors are uneducated and they don't have manners and they don't know how to behave with an employee, they never guide how to work, and the hotel is very unhygienic, pal hights is not a hotel but a blame game place... They not provide any accomodation, as a girl they left me from event night after 10.30pm and they don't even provide any travel accommodation.. so my experience is very bad and i provide to do not join pal hights without any offer letter or joining letter,

The worst place to work ever, the problems are with the newly made 0 experience managers who are having 0 knowledge about work but huge knowledge in politics. Completely a waste place to work owner are only concerned about money .
