There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Like karne ke liye kuch nhi hai bas company ka name shi tha boss bhi sahi hai par kuch chirkut jinhain boss ne kuch bna diya hai bo sahi nhi karte hai

Rajneeti bahut hai mere saath bhi bahut hui teen baar try Kiya mere khilaaf to bahut hui

Company policy good everything ok well office timing. With Senior and junior members gud connection

Job security not gud anytime you can out from the office.. It doesn't matter how good you are in your work and experience

Pal frozen food is a good company.The Managing Director of the company has good behavior with his staff member...which is very good in itself.I hope that Pal Group touches the heights of the sky.....
