PTCL is providing fabulous services during this epidemic. Although all the sectors are working online and bandwidth is highly utilised; customer services and quality is little bit compromising but PTCL proven to be backbone for digital connectivity.

I feel I have wasted my life in ptcl. It is in the hands of fraud pakistani management as we know sheikhs are only ....

Skill development - Excellent

Dislikes

Ptcl HR management is the worst enemy of technical staff and they are actually dolng nothing for ptcl but looking very busy. So ptcl going dpwn. Sheikhs spend nothing for maintenance and ptcl network is going to be distroyed. Ptcl future is dark.

Although it is a big and reputed organization still there is lack of company culture.However there is excellent job security in PTCL.

As I had served about 25 years in PTCL still a large segment of employees behave like government officials there is badly needed of company in this organization.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
