It's a startup thought I thought it would give me better opportunity to grow and enhance my skills. But after working a month I realise this startup changed my profile and was into sales and marketing. I really didn't enjoy working at paisagrowth because I wasn't able to learn much about the process. It is into sales and I had never worked in sales profile. It totally changed my role and job profile. Company management is poor.
