Salary was getting on time without delay.

No incentive was there because, no job security, no leave in public holidays and national holidays, no comp off, office timing was 9am but return time was never fixed after 8 or 9pm.. Worst culture was there..

Every one is very irresponsible and rude and selfish, no one is helpful, management is very poor, they only care for selective departments and provide benifits and compensation to them only, HR, Admin, manager's all are useless and they even don't know there job as well, only bunch of highly unprofessional people are working here.

Only thing which is good in Paisabazaar is that company is cash rich. You will never get any kind of challenge in salary and benefits.

Work life balance is not there. Skill development is not there.
