...😂😂 that too Full day. 3. No job security. One of the worst part is this. They will remove people when you are about to get your salary so you won't get salary 😂 it will be coming in FNF. God knows that tomorrow you will have work r you will be removed. 3. FNF COMING TO THIS, Every organisation gives FNF within 45days / 60days but in this organisation you need wait for 100 days or more also 😂 no one will respond incl your HRs. 4. Unnecessary pressure they will create. Mental torture if anyone Argues you will sit with HR .ie. HR SESSION 😂 5 there are many things to say. Guys better try for any other good jobs in market don't ever think to join this organization.

Paisabazaar have worst culture, they do not care about there employees, they even do not approve your Paid leaves/Sick Leave/Casual leave if you required, High level politics, no skills will develop, No HR activities, DVP Priyanka in Mumbai location has so much ego that she can play a politics game and fire any body, she never respect there executives or Leaders, yell on the floor

They don't want to hire new team leaders from out side specially for Mumbai office if the person joined he he giving lots of pressure and insulting shouting on floor whole day in front of All the tele callers and also if someone sick and take leave then he has to Adjust his Week off Full & final policy is very bad he takes 60 working days excluding Saturday Sunday bank holiday i have joined 26th Apr-24 and Last working day 5th-oct-24 today 10th-Dec-24 and i still not received my FNF amount multiple time i raised the query regarding this but no positive response coming all the other people received the FNF amount who left on Same day with me but i still not Received work culture not good no Holiday in any fastival.

Too much pressure and also increases the office hours in the morning and evening both also employee doesn’t have a secure future there they can fired any time without a valid reason like the can LWP ATL and etc without any valid reasons
