Paisabazaar have worst culture, they do not care about there employees, they even do not approve your Paid leaves/Sick Leave/Casual leave if you required, High level politics, no skills will develop, No HR activities, DVP Priyanka in Mumbai location has so much ego that she can play a politics game and fire any body, she never respect there executives or Leaders, yell on the floor

Salary on time no delay Very Professional on salary paying and Hr Work culture is good but its need your performance as well as. Good Agent salary increment basis on their performance

Job security for non performing agent now they will not give to much time . Leads quality

Salary was getting on time without delay.

Dislikes

No incentive was there because, no job security, no leave in public holidays and national holidays, no comp off, office timing was 9am but return time was never fixed after 8 or 9pm.. Worst culture was there..

...tarted firing people which is not a good sign for a company like paisabazaar They would have provided less salary to the employees despite they fired

Only thing which is good in Paisabazaar is that company is cash rich. You will never get any kind of challenge in salary and benefits.

Work life balance is not there. Skill development is not there.
