I like about main thing is support from manager Hyderabad, salary and incentives or on time ...

Working hours are over in Hyderabad, like wise for men and women too , like 10am to 9pm , that was very bad in paisabazaar, is this is right doing they are..? Every one knows that after 6pm of the evening no customer are we will going to answers the calls, it was very very bad from Hyderabad paisabazaar... Mainly the female employees are suffering very much but they are not able to say anyone.... Please do look after it....

... , no training for a fresher like me. Left me without a supervisor for 3 months. Looting money from innocent souls in terms of insurance package where they don't mention money will be deducted from salary and then have the audacity to ask for that money shamelessly even after I had resigned. Company is full scam.

They are giving attractive incentives and salary on timely bases.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Growth is very slow and job security is very less and pressure is very high. Anytime if you ask for leaves they are showing you the targets.

Paisabazaar have worst culture, they do not care about there employees, they even do not approve your Paid leaves/Sick Leave/Casual leave if you required, High level politics, no skills will develop, No HR activities, DVP Priyanka in Mumbai location has so much ego that she can play a politics game and fire any body, she never respect there executives or Leaders, yell on the floor

Too much pressure and also increases the office hours in the morning and evening both also employee doesn’t have a secure future there they can fired any time without a valid reason like the can LWP ATL and etc without any valid reasons
