One thing i have noted my appraisal time happen one print mistake. That a main reason my salary not increase because only print mistake.this thing should be taken seriously.

Incentive is good but growth is slow and the work pressure is very high, I have to work 10-11 hours in a day, i start call to client 9:30 am and unfortunately here no fix closing time.
