no fecility for junior level ,no refreshment during night .bonus are paid on monthly basic no medical ;no lta,no vda etc...........all are shown but not given OT PAID SINGLE

This is the company where I feel like family.. you can directly talk to CEO n get the issue resolved.. People getting valued.

As per my view things are good . Only I don't like attendance system,, if you are late for office more than two days a month then you have to apply leave. Rest everything ok.

I am working for Paharpur-3P since last 4 year's, I love this Group only for family. Paharpur really cares about What is the required of it's Customer nd it work Accordingly. Paharpur puts thei safety of the employees First.

Trainee are not trained by according to management and working time not fixed. mostly work have to within overtime. lot of politics and not growing skill development.
