Company culture and promotion, appraisal everything was so good.

Dislikes

Company was going well, suddenly they take decision to shutdown the company. Management didn't think about employees. Parent company still earning profits in billions, but they don't care about employees.

Not a company to work for purely due to c suite

Dislikes

some to management is himself writing a 5 -star review as senior security engineer and requesting the website with the negative reviews to take down from website. some other employee wrote a true experience about their stay in company and that is taken down totally unfair.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
