...sive and unprofessional HR. Superiors that do not respond well and demand a lot. Ridiculously low salary. Policies that are enforced even though they weren't mentioned in the contract. Holding back salary of two months for three months. No scope for growth, just machine like work everyday. No space for meaningful contribution. Gave Saturdays off on condition of extra excessive work on rest of 5 days. Painted really good picture when I joined, was told hours are flexible and now I get passive hours alert every day!

Very bad company, i have worked there for 1 year and they hold my last month salary. They even don't know how to behave with Employees. they treat employees like their servants. Pathetic work culture.

Everything is worst about that company, they even don't pay you on time. You have to beg for your payment. I got mentally disturbed for a long time. No fixed working hours,nor job security they will fire you anytime. Make sure you could not talk to your colleagues.

...solete practices. Cafeteria is very cool. We play tennis, carom and other games. Salary always on time.

all festivals should be holidays. Office is open on janamashtmi, christmas, eid and other festivals. more outings can be there.

There were things to appreciate like on time salary, no extra pressure at work. Work atmosphere quite OK.

Dislikes

The Management, nobody is there to guide you. Irrespective of your profile you can be asked to do anything. Being in sales, you will be asked to learn cheap practice and beg in front your clients. Poor team management in sales. They really need a leader in sales, current one is rubbish.
