Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individuals'unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also, there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes .

Nothing to write about likes , most of my experience at Page is learning me being with a company of low values and no culture especially in IT department which is headed by a immature and zero experience leadership in IT yet organization made her (monika P ) leader which makes you to understand the standards of the management

....Once your submit the work worked during your leaves there will be no response .Your leaves dont get approved on time , by doing this you get a bonus of salary deduction and you have to go pillar and post to have it adjusted in next salary cycle . There are many instances with me and other employees they are asked to come to office when you are sick .If you dont listen , the be prepared to listen HOD tantrums Empathy : leaders in IT dept dont have empathy at all you are required to work 24*& 7 and keep saying Yes . your work life balance will take a toll on you mentally and physically on your health. Culture : Yes boss is culture is there even your boss or management is wrong , management is expert in promoting incompetent individuals instead of right ones .Work environment is highly toxic and unbearable to work. Work environment : highly political , public insults in meetings which lowers your confidence level vendor relationship: Vendors are taken for a ride and treated with disrespect , many times HOD blames team on her bad decisions and takes credit of other success . Join Page Industries Ltd if you are highly desperate of a job and 2nd option not available .Dont spoil your life and career by looking at brand .

if you are boot liking person it's a great platform for you. Company will never get improve in sales Untill BG,Manoj get out. These ppl spoiling and acting like working. Same in branch heads * RSM'S.

Top Management doesn't care about Fieldstaff. They just want numbers & managers above Sales officers pressurise in no limits. Managers are not leaders. They behave Just like dictators. They don't want to Work on field & don't want to know Ground realities. To hide their Failures they target one Sales Officer to prove their efforts. ASM,state heads, Regional Heads & Circle Heads don't want to take thier responsibilities. They Just Deliver tasks downward Employee. For Personal Favours they Follow up 8 times a day but Not about Any official Task Conveyed by Sales officers for Ground problems. If Someone is taking All the Responsibilities on his Shoulders in Jockey then that's only SALES OFFICER is that One person. Superiors are just Useless in comparision to Former Leaders. Page hired these useless Managers from other Industries like Telecom, FMCG sectors who don't know how Hosiery Industry works. They don't know the trend of Hosiery Industry. They're not practical.
