if you are boot liking person it's a great platform for you. Company will never get improve in sales Untill BG,Manoj get out. These ppl spoiling and acting like working. Same in branch heads * RSM'S.

Salary Comes on Time.

Top Management doesn't care about Fieldstaff. They just want numbers & managers above Sales officers pressurise in no limits. Managers are not leaders. They behave Just like dictators. They don't want to Work on field & don't want to know Ground realities. To hide their Failures they target one Sales Officer to prove their efforts. ASM,state heads, Regional Heads & Circle Heads don't want to take thier responsibilities. They Just Deliver tasks downward Employee. For Personal Favours they Follow up 8 times a day but Not about Any official Task Conveyed by Sales officers for Ground problems. If Someone is taking All the Responsibilities on his Shoulders in Jockey then that's only SALES OFFICER is that One person. Superiors are just Useless in comparision to Former Leaders. Page hired these useless Managers from other Industries like Telecom, FMCG sectors who don't know how Hosiery Industry works. They don't know the trend of Hosiery Industry. They're not practical.

Well known brand, Customer likes their products. Brand pull is extremely good. Salary on time, expenses on time, excellent medical settlement. Helpful HR team. Good implementation of IT tools, everything is based on data work. Very good Distribution policy. Vertical alignment is in excellent proportional. MD, CEO all are great. It's a great place to learn the Distribution model.

Extremely unorganised managers, every pressure delegates to Sales Officers. Always need to proof yourself regarding every job done. There is no starting and ending time of your job. No family work life balance. Everyday Mid / Senior Managers will engage their Sales Officers to work as per their agenda then after month end they will screw you why things not happened properly. No freedom of work techniques. HO people have zero idea about ground reality. They recruit outside dump people with high salary from telecom industry and disgrace their own contributing employees. SOs have to take all the working responsibilities after fixed market hours. Sometimes they will force you to work on Sundays.

...k culture was good, company policies are good. Everything taken care by company. On time salary. High on incentives. Everything in good.

Hmm. Company is spoiling their own brand. My advice to management please address the issue on ground level. Front liners are not happy the way they are treating them. Even retailers are not happy.
