Managers and management nobody as not supported and most of the time debited to employees (silly reason). Every time gün point work load. Working timings also not fixable every day working late night. All managers should be backets 🪣🪣

Excellent Work Place Ethics and Cultural Heritage is followed here. Also growth aspects in Career is very much Timely manner for all Staff levels. University for Youngers to learn and grow in their future based on the experience created to them in this Company.

Dominance at Factory by individual not allowing other members to grow or shine and become next level growth or designation and hurry up mode of work to rush for Manufacturing the Products.

Teammates are all hardworking wherein management needs to recognize and appreciate such employees instead of listening to ear to ear gossips and concentrate more on business development, too much of micro-management which demotivates the employees

The work pressure is very high, no policies and rules keeps changing as per the management comfort, all appreciations and rewards get forgotten during appraisals. Micro management
