Work culture, management, company policies, salary is decent but cereer growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not giving to new joiners, etc

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

1. Engineer has all freedom to make design as their own. 2. Fresher can learn lots of things at there about design, proto making, quality and machining process

1. Late working hours. 2. No work life balance 3. Uneven salary structure at the same designation

1. Free bus service 2. On time salary 3. Good for AM and above( Because there is no work)

1. Late working hours 2.Bad for females candidate's 3. Bad working culture, Project leaders are totally dumb. 4. Full time polities in department 5. Nepotism

Countless. 1. Terrible work life balance 2.No protocols 3.Hr management is not supportive.they listen you but never take action against your problem 4.Apart from product You never learn anything new as per industrial norms
