All the processes are followed by the machines, all the machines are PM from time to time, new model process is completely followed, the timing of coming and going in the company is absolutely fixed, there are different departments for each process in the company.

Food is not provided properly, communication skills are not available in salary in the company.

Padget Electronics company is reputed company in Noida .i have hered aboutit. the work environment is amazing, people realy feel proud here.

Padget company is best but company not respect to any manpower .he is selfish company and not grouth and any incriment positions and salary.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Working time 12 hours and shift routesn monthly is not good then senior person behaviour not good than salary Very little And since I am working in this company, my health is also not good, there are health issues too, why food is not good

...ment is transparent .there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .company policies are good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
