... of your manager. If you raise a question, manager will take action against you. They also mislead candidates about Yearly Bonus and Night Cab facility. After joining the candidates suffer since they don't have cab facility and terrible bonus payout scheme.

I got opportunity as a "Lead Software Engineer" in Hyderabad Location. I really interested to join this company, so i accepted this offer. After joining they changed by designation to software engineer in their HRMS intranet (international client access portal). I raised this issue with HR manager. They said this will happen for every one from india ( I did not get answer at all). How brutally this guys think/changes on designation i don't know. Too much politics from local native manager. He only hire from his native people and torture starts from back-end. I have six and half of experience as a Lead in leadership team in my previous organisations. I coach many people in my career. I work directly with CEO/Directors and product owners. But after joining this company i never expected those kind of cheap politics. And they din't give proper time to understand new technologies. All is hurry like a mission impossible.

...m Lead profiles. Coz they might loose their strength and broad thinking neurons. 30 to 35% hike salary you will get , but working culture not flexible environment at all. You might loose your Lean process. I recommend this company only for Freshers and 3 to 4 years of experience profiles. If you are more than 8+ years experience, i do not recommend at all.

They Pay much higher salary and tempt candidates while recruitment.

Dislikes

1. First of all there is no job security at all. If you are well settled in your existing company then I would recommend not to leave for this company. 2. They don't have any proper training module and therefore will assign project from day 1 and ask you to do it with 100% accuracy. 3. Since you are very new to the company and would not be knowing much about their process so definitely you will miss out something while executing project(s). This is where they will catch you and escalate it to higher management. 4. The reason why they do this is there is so much politics and competition going on between Spain and China team. So the China team don't entertain any new comers and Spain team try to showcase that new comers are smart enough to take any task without proper knowledge sharing and they can do it without initial support from the team, which is unfair. 5. They will bluff the client stating they have these many resources in india working on the projects. Once project requirements over they will start goving you notice one by one and will ask you to resign. 6. If you have any doubt and ask any of your team mates from China and Spain they don't bother and never reply to your query. 7. This shows that they don't believe in team work rather they believe in individual performance. But this would be unfair with the new joiners since they have not gone through proper knowledge sharing. 8. China and Spain team would continuously give the same -ve feedback to upper management without any artifacts. 9. The worst part is the HR and Country head in India too not bother to ask for artifacts and they will pass on the same feedback to you everytime. 10. Since they also wants to secure their job so they will ask you to resign and leave. 11. They will claim that they are the best company but Don't fall in their TRAP. PS: These are just ponters I highlighted there are so many mess going on and I don't wants to waste my time writing all those things.

Toxic management. No policies in place. No much employee benefits. This is not a right place for those who are technically talented. Worst work-life balance. Working long hours even 24/7.

Dislikes

Pactera Edge was formed from Pactera during January 2020. You will be attracted with higher packages by recruiters during the time of interviews. Real twist starts once you enter the organisation as all the policies will be communicated orally during interviews & nothing will be mentioned in the offer letter. Variable pay will be given only once in a year that too only 40% - 50% of the total even if your the top performer of the team. Never ever fall in trap of recruiter promises (allowances, benefits, onsite, career growth) as no one cares them after you join. Firing of employees is very common in the organisation. No appraisals even after completion of 2 to 3 years in the organisation. They tell themselves as the Dream company to work for & having very good projects pipeline & revenues in every all hands meet, internal meetings. When asked about variable deductions & appraisals they will tell organisation is not performing well.
