Though I'm working under unorganized sector learning level is very low,but experience in handling casual laboures like dictating works, hiring new labours,trianing them was good. One plus point is no middle man between me and the owner so that it was easy for me to take the company to progress by discussing postive&negative of our company.More than that sales part was little bit challenging for me initially for accessing the customers,digital platform(cold calling,googling,just dial) really helped me lot to meet new customers.Now I'm ready to survive in sales&admin role professionally.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
