No job secured, No growth, teammates are not supporting and the management is very poor. Company policies are poor, no bonus ⁸

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is never on time and career growth is very slow, job is not secure. Because they constantly change there employees on regular basis.
