They will take you on team lunch and deduct 6000 from your salary. They will deduct 30000 each in the name of IT for previous years and buy Royal Enfield Classic. Jeeshan Ali is the worst person he will screw happiness for you. They are firm owners LAALAA rather than IT company

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
