Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

... whose director is destroying the work culture rules are different for everyone. favouritism at its peak only gives importance to developers WFH is there for the development team but not for all nothing for marketing and others Less package at joining and lesser in the appraisals the owner was good but now he is arrogant and misbehaves. no appreciation for work always complaining.
