They give salary on time. Job portfolio is very peaceful. It's a non targetbase job. Target is 140 connected call everyday which is easily achievable.

Dislikes

They don't give week off. Week off is rotational. They promised that we will get 4 week off per month but they give only 1 or 2 week off per month. Limitless working hours, 10 hours is normal and sometimes 11 hours also. But as per interview working hour should be 9 hours 15 minutes. They don't approve any sick leave. If someone is sick they force him or her to work, otherwise they just tell no need to come from tomorrow.

This is really worst place I have ever worked in. To be honest they provide salary arround rs 7500 per agent , no incentive , and supervisers and hr and whole management is insane ! They are much like gold diggers , they will drive you crazy when they need something and when their need is over they will pretend like they even don't know you । Don't work there if you don't wanna be mad

I want to say one thing about pace setters that they pay salary in time. And amazon customer service was a very very wonderful company. They really very caring about their employees. Everything was good about amazon... I'm totally satisfied with amazon customer service.

In pace setters salary scale is very low, no growth, senior employees behavior were not so good etc.

...have so rudely to whom, who doesn't oiling him and he personally not likes them. Salary is decent but Mr Tanmay can stop their salary any time only for his personal reasons.
