Only plus point was that my colleagues came from various ciltural backgrounds, we work happily in collaboration. It helped me to grow as a human being.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

The work pressure was very high, i worked for 14-18 hours continuously. Compensation was very bad and growth was slow. No on-job training for freshers, hence senior guys like me was even had the added responsibility to guide them step by step. Overall experience working in this company was terrible.

The company offers a pretty comfortable work environment and provides good facility of accommodation ,food(mess facility) ,transport facility .

Dislikes

I got salary after 2 months .Gating salary too much late is very big problem for me .Compensation is not that great and overall growth is slow .

I was in Karnataka,Mangalore and our site incharge was Dilip Sasmal he dont use to give advance money and they never gave salary on time.
