I don't remember any organization making a new employee work continuously for whole three weeks without any off from the day of joining. They don't even consider how the employees health is. I and my mother were having high fever and they said to work atleast for half a day. They want an employee to only work for their hospital and forget our family. Not even a month completed for me and I want to resign already. People coming from other states and becoming managers here and they think they can rule on the people who were born here and have been living here for years. And they are even comparing themselves with the employees saying that their age is bigger than us and they are fit and fine and we are not fit for our age like excuse me you don't know our lifestyle, we are not financially fit like you, if we were we wouldn't need to work under you. No wonder everyone leaves from their jobs less than a year. If an employee wants to leave on their shift timings it is never possible. Seriously if you are considering to work there please don't. Go somewhere else.
