is company mein abhi Kuchh logon ka promotion hua hai aur kuchh logon ka demotion Jin logon ka demotion Hua Hai unko bahut hi Bura feel ho raha hai ki unko Nahin pata ki unke Sath Aisa Kyon Kiya Gaya Kyunki unko facilitator banaa Diya gaya haiSamman ko thes pahunchi hai.Isliye bahut jaldi is company ko Kafi log Chhod Denge Kyunki ismein ab Sab ego per log Lekar kam kar rahe hain aur ego Se Kam Nahin Hota kabhi bhi.Agar aap senior Mein Se Koi Meri is message ko pad rahe hain. So please ise soche Jinka demotion hua hai ki unke Upar kya? Feel ho raha hoga aap log to uper bath kar bus aap Logon Ne Ek kar diya ki aapko yah karna hai unke bare mein to sochiye Jo log. Ek acche level per kam Karke Aaye Unki post ke Aadhar per aap unko bolate ho ki facilitator ka kam karo aapko yah karna hai vah karna hai already vah kam vah kar rahe hain kar chuke hain. Kyunki sab log bolane Mein hichki chahte hain. Darte hain. Ya Samman karte hain? Lekin Sabke man mein bahut hi Buri feeling a rahi hai. Abhi Jinka demotion Hua Hai Kyunki unko bola gaya hai ki aap onley aur koi Kam Nahin Karoge facilitator ka kam Karoge this is so wrong for this.

Nothing as such that I dislike about the company. My internship tenure was short . I had less time to gain the practical hands on experience.

Likes

HR Policies are one of the best in the country. Social security is excellent. During Covid time company has taken care of entire family which is the best part. Employees are provided with ampful opportunity to grow across function. Cross functional experience is again a better tool employed in the company for removing monotony of job. Quick decision making is again something that helps Managers to work without any pressure.

Process are to be followed at length which many a times take some time.

Paayas company strauture is good and no work load job satisfaction is very good but one thing i should be very important is skill devlopment and communication is veryless so must be add and work on them .
