you get good leadership people to mentor you but till their needs.

lack of appreciation and overloaded work for the same resources. most of the engineers are freshers and the senior person will end up doing all. no leave approved. even on Sunday you have to work and leave on Sunday is also not approved

It's a very good organisation to work and learn techonlogies for those who all are interested. Training will be given on work. Small but simple , it's a family. If any one work here for 1 year that is equavalent to 2 or 2.5 years of other companies experience.

Work life balance is poor.

no such thing as good. they just take the situation for granted and overload people with work. we are working almost evryday many hours without propper sleep

bad project management. management forcing managers to schedule a tight deadline and resources suffer
