Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Nothing to say Too much of politics & Noone will address employees issues. Lots of Politics... Company needs to come with a standard employee policy else it'll be difficult in future.

Dislikes

No proper management system followed here. If you appointed for a role & after sometime they'll simply tell to do some other irrelevant works saying as additional work on temperory basis but after sometime they'll make you work on that particular work & will start to blame on outputs. Better to think 2-3 times before considering working here.
