Appraisals are double digits if you are really performing well and make noise (about your work, imapct, tasks) Ability to scale up you skillset - Mostly Microsoft related only like Azure, Databricks, Dynamics and other underlying tech based on your tech stack Company culture - very down to earth right from the CEO & COO. Quarterly regional meets and Yearly Summit which is all expense paid!

... - only that certain higher ups has alot of reach on how your career path flows. Pay for new joiners are average which would result in no-show - however the work life balance and appraisal will adjust it.

The close community of colleagues helps prepare a fresher to learn and experience the corporate work culture and traditions. One is nurtured right from the beginning and gradually prepared for the projects. You can feel the colleague's family from the day you join the company. Monthly town-hall meetings keep every employee and employer connected as a community. The work culture is something one would strive for. Process and hierarchy is not properly planned. As we are working remotely it is very difficult to understand people and their mindset, very difficult to get KT's.

I like the work culture and the job security i have with this company. I also like that they are constantly trying to improve their company policies and are also open to listen.

I don't as such dislike anything about the company, it's just that they need to have a better in team structure is what i feel. Things are all over the place at times.

As long as you are getting work done no one questions. People will help you if you get stuck anywhere & anyone is reachable in Teams even the CEO. You wont feel guilty while taking leaves.

The management should increase the Number of Sick leaves per year. It’s only 3.
