The Best part of this company is best fit for the interns and this company don't need senior resources.

Dislikes

No better opportunity for seniors more than 5 years, since they need Interns. This company runs by only 20 senior employees, and any other senior who would like to work will not survive, and recruits' employees only from North part of India mostly. Also, micromanages the employees work, and layout employees based on 20 Senior employees' decisions, and has very little scope to grow.

The close community of colleagues helps prepare a fresher to learn and experience the corporate work culture and traditions. One is nurtured right from the beginning and gradually prepared for the projects. You can feel the colleague's family from the day you join the company. Process and hierarchy is not properly planned. As we are working remotely it is very difficult to understand people and their mindset, very difficult to get KT's.

I like the work culture and the job security i have with this company. I also like that they are constantly trying to improve their company policies and are also open to listen.

Dislikes

I don't as such dislike anything about the company, it's just that they need to have a better in team structure is what i feel. Things are all over the place at times.
