The company was turning out to be good for a certain period of time with ample opportunities provided to deserving resources.

Dislikes

Change in Management made sure that the company maintained the reputation it had few years back that it is one of the last choice for any person to work in. The company now focuses on individual resource development rather than team development and process development. There is hardly any scope for growth and development now considering the immense work pressure and lack of work life balance. Minimum work of 12-14 hrs a day including Saturdays and Sundays. The process here is very weak when compared to other organizations and the management doesn't like improvement.

P3 group is best company ever , also I have to talk about sub company wissen solution _ best company all time , but ' as per my experience' , P3 academy - don't have good policy then and then they playing with candidates carrier ....... Thank You

The P3 India policies which are governed by P3 Germany are nice and strong.

The CEO is not a very insightful person and is leading the P3 brand in the wrong direction. He should learn from his international counterparts about how sensitive one needs to be when making decisions.
