I felt the leadership team great as well as. they knew all of their employees on a first name basis and tried to make those personal connections. I also enjoyed fact that the office tried do community outreach with local organizations.

I found that there was no more scope for my career growth in the company after reaching a certain level. The company had stagnant point where they would simply retain employees without continuing to develop their potential in order to move the company forward.
