Owner Based organization, No work-life balance, Employees are forced to work extra and no compensation is awarded. Management of the company is too poor. Company executes small scale projects only. No extra facility, no bus service, no cafeteria, Annual games are also not there. Job is not secure as this is an owner based company. He can fire you any time he wants. Work environment is poor, employees are under heavy pressure.

...st of the LOT. HR Kalyani is the most 'gavathi' person you will encounter there. They even mention in their mail that they give salary on time. Imagine they have to say that to gain trust of people joining them. Office looks dark and dingy and in some places even AC is not working. You will find trash kept anywhere. You will hardly find ppl who have been there with company for more than 1-2 years. Nobody stays here for long. All positive reviews on ambition box and google are fake and done by the HR of company. Please don't join no matter how much desperate you are for a Job.

... joined here as a GET (Graduate Engineer Trainee) and now working as a Engineer. I have experienced significant growth in terms of knowledge, and they provide a good salary to freshers. Here, no one feels neglected, the senior are too supportive. Even the company's owner is very supportive. Working here, anyone will find open paths to grow.

No work life balance at all, salary is peanuts. Biggest red flag is there is middle aged guys in the office only trainees and aged guys (60+), Not sufficient leaves, no proper appraisal structure, even the AC in the office doesn't work sometime. Management and HR don't give a shit. Only join if you feel salary is worth the struggle

Long working hours No compensation for extra hours Appraisal for namesake that too after one - two years Rules differ from person to person Complete Dictatorship of owner and daughter. You will be thrown out like a housefly once they are done with their work from you. Core values are just on piece of paper none of it gets followed by owner or management.
